Electrical Safety Program Development
- Harmonize the existing electrical safety related documents with NFPA 70E. Review and upgrade documentation with respect to current technical information.
- Improve job planning, electrical hazard analysis and risk analysis for all electrical specific tasks through the development of Energized Electrical Safe Work Practices.
- Develop a comprehensive Electrical Specific PPE Program.
- Focus on the specific mitigation approaches based on arc flash studies for high risk buses (high incident energy). Consider adoption of new technologies to mitigate the risk down with respect to electrical hazards.
Develop a world class comprehensive Electrical Safety Standard.
