This Electrical Safety Audit is comprised of a review of any existing Electrical Safety Program documentation (or other supporting documents), onsite interviews (Electrician’s interview typically takes 1.5 hours and Manager/Supervisor interview takes 1 hour), and observations (both facility inspections and work task (if the opportunity is available). The context of the Electrical Safety Audit will be to assess the status of existing use of Electrical Specific PPE, Electrical Safe Work Procedures and Electrical Safety & Technical Training as it pertains to managing electrical hazards and minimizing exposure to workers when they must complete exposed energized electrical work. Consistency with NFPA 70E, Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace and industry accepted best practices will be measured.
The review and audit services provided will include the provision of an Audit Team, combined with support from appropriate Company staff in a supporting role.
The Audit team will utilize it’s Audit Tool software, and other processes to facilitate data collection, analysis, and scoring related to the Audit. A detailed Audit Report will be generated and issued.
